Tewksbury Trail Association Prepares for 2025 Season with New Trail Markers

The Tewksbury Trail Association (TTA) is gearing up for the 2025 trail riding season with the installation of new trail markers on select routes. Despite the challenging weather over the past few weeks, the TTA Board and dedicated volunteers have been hard at work preparing the trails for sunnier days ahead.

Thanks to a generous grant from the Countryside Alliance of Somerset Hills, the TTA has successfully developed and installed 16 new markers. The first markers have been placed along select trails leading from Christie Hoffman Farm Park onto the member-only TTA trails, enhancing navigation and ensuring a better riding experience.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Countryside Alliance of Somerset Hills for their invaluable support in preserving the New Jersey countryside and promoting equestrian activities.

Our Board members—Jeannie Shuster, Emmer Bernard, and Roxanne Soroko— braved the cold and worked alongside Eastern Shore Fencing to install the markers, as captured in the photos below.

We look forward to welcoming our members to the extensive Tewksbury trail network as we continue our efforts to keep the trails safe and accessible.
